We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate with that same hands-on approach. When you call, you reach me or someone I trust to handle my own property. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right with a unit, it falls on us, and we sort it out that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
